Bravo earns 10% of the total sale. It's up to the contractor how to establish pricing with the customer. For example, some contractors add 10% to the total sale. Some add 5% and reduce their price by 5%. Sometimes, if the project is bigger, we negotiate terms to win the deal.
The agreement follows the relationship. If a customer purchases subsequent services, our agreement still applies. If the customer refers additional business, our agreement still applies.
This arrangement is transparent to the customer.
